Hello,
Just a weird issue with my fitbit ionic (have had since June 2020). It started vibrating constantly during the night and the screen is unresponsive. The buttons work. The vibration only stops when I press the right lower button (the left, and upper right buttons work but the vibration persists.
I have tried restarting the device several times, sometimes the vibration is gone at restart, but it will return within 20-30mins.
The screen has not worked on any restart.
Can not turn off, so waiting for the power to drain to give me some peace from the buzzing.
I have not found a similar case to this here, though some similar elements. But the first post response of restarting it does not solve anything.
Did try to talk to support, but gave up after waiting 3 hours for an agent.
Anything else left to try?

Keep trying support.
Email support.

It's looking like a warranty return. But was hoping it was a glitch.

I guess you could remove it from the app and also from Bluetooth and do a full reset. Then set it up in Bluetooth and the app again. Previously synced data will still be there. Nothing to loose. If no go then use your warranty.
