Hi,
Sometimes I have trouble with the screen auto waking up when I bring my wrist up to check the time.
Is there a way to recalibrate the sensors or maybe a good feature for the next update is an option to have the screen never sleep. I'm going to post that idea in the suggestion part of the forum 🙂

Good to post the suggestion, if it hasn't already, as currently there is no easy to change the sensitivity of the wrist - raise sensor.

Good idea, an option to have 'normal' or 'sensitive' options would be good, knowing that the 'sensitive' option may affect battery life since it will enable the screen more often.
When running I would like the screen to stay on but this results in a huge battery hit due to music streaming, GPS use and screen on all at the same time. A more sensitive setting so that the wrist flick doesnt need to be so pronounced would enable me to check my progress regularly without setting the screen to Always On.

Having a sensitivity option is an awesome idea!
Currently the battery life is about 4 days if I'm not mistaken, I wouldn't mind having half that if I could have the wrist raise sensor more sensitive.

Hey everyone!
@Dan89blaa A very warm welcome to the community!
Just read this thread and wanted to let you know that I found a similar feature suggestion. I would recommend giving it a vote and adding any ideas that you may have on how we can improve the QuickView feature.
Additionally, I can recommend that when lifting your wrist to activate QuickView, you can try to apply a little more of a flick. This has helped me to see QuickView more consistently.
Hope this helps!

Another post on here resolved the issue for me. From home screen, swipe right and make sure screen wake is set to auto. Mine was originally, then somehow reverted back to manual until i fixed it again.

Another issue is the time it staus on. When running it stays on for only a second, so it hard to read. An option for a longer on time, such as 5 seconds, would be better.

I found this has become worse after the last update. When running I have screen wake set to Auto so that it should come on when i flick my wrist, but when in the motion of running it's very difficult to get the correct motion to activate the screen, so I need to press the button nearly every time. Setting the screen to Always On isn't an option because GPS plus bluetooth music streaming is already burning about 40% battery on a 1 hour run. This needs to be addressed in the next firmware update, running with the watch is supposed to be the main use and it's not useful if i can't check my progress.

Mine stays on longer than that from experience but I did find an accepted solution on another thread that mentioned the flick of a wrist in the opposite direction will switch display off so maybe that’s what happening when you’re running ?

You are right, and that may be the problem. But if so it is difficult or impossible to control while running. So there should be a minimum time on such as 5 seconds.

The swipe right is no longer available. To reach the screen awake option you need to press and hold the left button. Just found that out.

I'm tired of looking like I have mental problems I don't even have just trying to get my watch to wake up with moving my wrist. The sensitivity is just not right.
