Well here we go. My Ionic has been updated with the latest release and I was hoping that it could revive my blank/black screen. The issue is that the screen stays on for .5 sec and seems to be stuck in a vicious circle from time to shortcut to payment and back to time.
A little disappointed, Xmas is coming and I spent a lot of money on it less than 2 years ago. Seriously reconsidering getting another fitbit as problems seem to be the norm.
Any advise is welcomed on how to fix it.

Go to settings and tap on it. Check for “Screen Wake” and check the status. If it is “Manual,” then change the settings to “Auto.” If it is in “Auto” and not turning ON, then just restart or reset the device to solve the issue(ensure the device has 50% battery before restarting it).
