Ionic screen with colored bars--can't restart

Hi,

This morning my Ionic screen is only displaying colored bars. I can't get it to re-start because the display isn't working.IMG_1707.JPG

 

I use iOS.

 

Any suggestions? I included a photo below. many thanks! Kim

I had this happen with my first Ionic.

The screen was also coming apart from the shell.

I suspect that water was getting in as I was showing with the watch on, which I thought was okay.

I'm now on my third Ionic.
