Anyone have an issue with an Ionic flashing the logo screen and not able to initiate a factory reset? I was told by a customer service representative that the device is trash and they have no solution for me. It's less than 2 years old...
I had the exact same issue mine eventually just shut off and I was able to get it back on a while later but now my screen is dim with green lines through it. All started once I did the new update.
