Reset my screen using left and bottom buttons as my data wasn’t showing. Screen came back on but mo change. Tried another reset and now my screen won’t come on at all. Still syncing with my iPhone but screen completely off

@Ginger17 I think you are one of the lucky ones. And, it confirms my suspicions that it is software related and Fitbit does not want to recognize it. I will give it a try one more. Thank you.

Hi - I understand that there are issues with the latest updates from Apple, but my Ionic will not turn on, it has full power and I tried resetting it by holding the left and bottom right button and nothing. Earlier today I received a notification to change my watch face and then saw a notification about a firmware update, which I tried to complete and now it will not power up. Any suggestions?
