Ionic sensor discoloring

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I noticed one of my sensors is looking discolored as if it's been overworked to the point of "burning out". I've had issues with my calorie tracking being off (burning less than I should be) and my ionic is randomly turning off and restarting throughout the day so I'm not sure if this is the cause.20190515_084838.jpg

It's great to see you around @SigRossi. Thanks for your feedback. Currently, I don't have any information about when there's going to be a new update for Ionic. However, any updates will be posted in the blog.

Your feedback is appreciated and the Fitbit team is always working to improve its watches and provide you with features that can help you to reach your exercise goals.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thx for the reply. But I think we customers deserve a clear statement that

  1. Fitbit is actively working on an update and
  2. tells when the release is planned

there are still a lot of references that the last update wasn't good at all:

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Problems-with-Fitbit-Ionic-after-Firmware-Release-27-33-1-30/m...

So a responsible person of Fitbit should give us now an official answer on this questions.

Regards
