Ionic sensor is bright red colour.

Hi all,

I am using my fitbit ionic from one year. my ionic sensor suddenly in very bright red color and its not turning off. Because of that my ionic battery life is draining very fast. Almost within 5hours my whole battery drained out completely. I did factory reset. After that i got green light within few hours its turned into very bright red just like a lazor tourchre. So for i did factory reset and restarted my device several times but the end result is same very bright red light. Please anyone can help me to get out this. Thankyou
