Hi Fitbit team,

 

In the past week all of the sensors have stopped working on my Ionic. Would you provide suggestions? So far I have completed a factory reset with no luck.

 

Version 72.1.9

All of the sensors not working?  Do you really mean you get 0 steps all day, 0 distance, no sleep, no heart rate recording?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

That is correct. Zero for all sensored items. I have also calibrated the watch too.
