My ionic suddenly changes and the screen is too dim to read. I have tried turning it off and back on as suggested by one of the techs to reset. This did not help, and in fact did nothing. The settings>Brightness is greyed out and can't be changes. So is the Setting>Sleep mode, Do not disturb, and Screen wake options. Can you help?

@citrusdoc A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
I'd like you to try restarting your watch and then try turning off Sleep Mode, Do Not Disturb as these settings will change your Ionic's brightness to dim.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
