I cannot synch my Ionic as it does not recognise that I have one! I've tried to set-up the watch again but there is no option of an Ionic on the computer. I tried on my mobile and it finds the Ionic but will not connect. Trying on both laptop and phone and getting nowhere but frustrated!
I have no idea why the set-up went missing - last synch was on Tuesday 24 December. Watch still working - just have no record on mobile or laptop. Advice please?

Does the tracker show at https://www.fitbit.com/settings
You will need to remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth before setting it up.
