Ionic setting off shop alarms!

Hi I've had a problem with my Ionic setting off shop alarms when I enter and leave has anyone else had this problem? Its getting embarrassing I was stopped by police leaving a sports clothing shop as it set the alarm off I actually took the watch off to prove it to the policeman

This is kind of a rare issue, we've only seen reported a couple of times. Your best best is to contact Fitbit Support directly, so they can handle it.

@willow71uk may I ask what type of security tags these stores use. 

Are they like the one on the left with a circuit on paper, or are they like one or both in the top right? 

I suspect the top right.
