ionic settings option gone from my watch can reset as having issues, my watch is vibrating but nothing is coming up on watch even with phone in pocket, looked for settings options and its gone from my phone cant reset watch

my Ionic was updating and completely shut off.... tried all these rebooting tactics with holding buttons...nothing works... contacted fitbit and they couldnt help either... they had no clue why the watch did that..... it worked fine untill i hit the update button
