Ionic short battery life

My Ionic keeps dying!! 

I purchased my Ionic in Dec 2018. It worked fine for the first month and a half, but now it is dying after half of a day. It’s so frustrating because the reason I purchased this Ionic over the Apple Watch because of it’s long battery life. Please help.

Hi @ShawnaHathaway  That doesnt sound good at all. Have a look at THIS Help Article on battery life and THIS ONE on charging problems in case there is anything helpful there. I will flag your post for a moderators attention.

Hi there.

Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked. I don’t use any apps- in fact, I don’t even have my texts or calls or calendars set up on my Ionic. I don’t use the silent alarm feature. My charger and port work just fine. For instance, this morning after charging my Fitbit, it was 100% charged. It died tonight around 7p so the charge only lasted about 11 hours.

Please help. I am getting very frustrated as I recently had knee surgery and am finally able to workout again. It’s upsetting that because of this, I can’t watch the progress of my recovery.
