about a year and a half ago I upgraded from my charge HR (that I had for 3 years) to my ionic. I wear it daily and love it. But it does the other day and I can’t get a response when I connect it to a charger. I cleaned everything out to make sure the connection was there, tried different outlets, tried my husbands charger, and nothing! I can’t even get a light from it to act like it’s been plugged in. Tried a factory reset, and well if it won’t even light up on a charger, that was certainly not going to work. Anyone else have this issue and could offer advice?

That thread wasn’t even helpful? It sounds more like they were behind on updates or something but mine just did the latest update and there isn’t another one available. I’m getting irritated with the lack of helpful hints for this especially since mine would barely be out of warranty!
