This morning my Ionic screen no longer responded to touch, so I rebooted. It appears to also be at 0% battery, and is not charging on the cord. I have tried the 2 button and 3 button resets several times, and nothing changes. There are no lights on the back of the watch flashing or illuminated. Attached to the charging cord, when I turn it on I get the boot screen, then it goes to the home screen, shows 0% and then powers off. Another push of the button and it reboots again.

Sounds like there is not enough charging current to get the battery charging. Try different charging sources, preferably one with a higher 5v current output. Keep it connected to the charger. Don't give up - it may get going in a day or 3. Keep trying.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
@PaulMe Thanks for your suggestions!
Looking forward to your reply.
