Ionic showing Strava runs as grey squares

Hi. My Strava is suddenly stopped showing my runs and my ionic shows them as grey squares with the loading circle. I've disconnected and reconnected the apps, restarted my phone and completed the trouble shooting steps on Strava app faq and fitbit app. I've had to add 2 ru s and a walk manually today

These suggestions don’t apply to me as I don’t use the Strava app on my Ionic, I have always synced to the Strava app from Fitbit. I have followed the advice about reconnecting Fitbit to Strava at strava.fitbit.com. Both apps show that they are linked and yet Fitbit is not pushing the data to Strava. I have also tried to export the activity file .tcx and I get a message that it cannot export it and to try again later. 

I hope this additional information helps to understand the issue and that a solution can be found.

My activities have just suddenly synced for the last 2 days. Hooray. Here’s hoping that’s it sorted.

Uninstall Strava app on phone! Reboot phone an reinstall Strava this seems to have done the trick tonight!

Like others my runs didn’t sync last Saturday to Sunday. Had read how it was fixed but my run this morning didn’t sync to Strava either. Did all the logging off, back in again, connecting devices but no joy. I’ve a Ionic

My run has not synced again today, anybody else having the same issues?
