Seen this posted multiple times.  Tried all solutions still not working.

green light stays on all the time.  When I wear it, when I dont, while it is charging.. even now.. its dead.. but there is little green light on.

things I have tried

attempted to re-start- never got the logo screen

let the battery run down and re-charge on multiple chargers

factory reset

Nothing has helped and it wont hold a charge for more than a few hours.

Thanks

Matt

Display works just fine.

Wont hold a charge.. green light stays on... everything else seems to work.

Really happy that this issue is posted so many times and when I contact support.. I get the " its outside the warranty period. But we will be so generous as to give you 25% off a new one."  Its been 16 months since I purchased this one.

Not going to be taking advantage of that offer on a new one.

I wouldnt have an issue with it if my decice was older or there wasnt so many posts about the same issue.

Won't ever buy another Fitbit.  Fitbit really stands behind their products!

Thanks for getting back @R_U_Sharp_2. I appreciate you've shared your experience with our Support team. Each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.

Hope you can give Fitbit another opportunity in the future.
