Hi,
Yesterday my ionic (whilst on my wrist) weirdly said "charging" and stopped recording steps as I was out for a walk.
I reset back to factory and plugged it in to charge when I got home. Now, when it's plugged in, the little battery bar shows little lines which move to indicate it is charging (when not on charge they disappear) but it was on charge all night and only has 22% battery. Less than when it went on charge.
I can't set up my ionic from the factory reset as there isn't enough battery to do so. It can't be the charger unit as the Fitbit was saying "charging" whilst I was out walking and it was on my wrist!
Any help would be appreciated.
Charlotte
