Ionic showing constant hear rate of 135 in resting for straight 1 hr

I am in a meeting for an hour, its a closed room and little hot but ionic is showing my heartrate as 135 for past 1 hr even I am sitting on a chair. It was showing correct data for resting about 55-70 range before.

I would check and make sure that the sensor on the back of your Ionic is clean and that you have the band tight enough. The band being too loose can let enough light in to mess with the HR sensor and cause it to report bad numbers. (Usually too high from my experience.)

I tried everything eventually I did one reset of watch(I don't know how it happened) but it kinda rebooted, and the it started showing correct HR.

Still not sure the reason for it, may be a bug, I was in office so not connected to a network, that was the only difference then before but it doesn't matter.
