Ionic showing data hasn't cleared and showing flashing logo

What can I do. I've tried absolutely everything (I looked through all the threads and followed all the instructions) what do i do now? It's just flashing the logo now after a factory reset. 

I'm finding this so stressful

Was this message on your ionic or the Fitbit app? 

If I read you right, even after the factory reset you are seeing the message of data not cleared. 

If a factory reset was done, you will need to setup your ionic as if it was just purchased.. Have you done this since the reset?

The Fitbit ionic or the fitbit app? If on the Fitbit app, what phone?

It was on the actual Fitbit devise not the phone

Thanks for the research you've done before in the forums. If your Ionic is just flashing the Fitbit logo, this means that this has been unpaired from your account and you might need to set it up again, this can happen when you performed the factory reset because it deleted all the data from your watch.
