Hey my ionic has a big red cross and 'data not cleared sync and try again'
Any one help me out?
I've tryed reconnect to bluetooth, force stop on app, turning phone off.

This happened to me. On your phone, unpair / forget the watch in bluetooth settings, then clear the app data and cache, and uninstall the app. Re-install the app (I'm not sure the uninstall was required, but this is what I did), and follow the procedure for adding a new device. This will rewrite everything on the watch. Fitbit were of no help and had given up on me.
