Hi, Cannot get into my Iconic due to this message.
I have, so far, done the following -
Restarted phone - unlock with phone
Tried to disable wallet - unlock with phone
Reset password - unlock with phone
Removed Iconic from app and re connected - cannot see the code required to put the iconic back on the app - unlock with phone
While all this is going on the watch is still syncing with the app ??
Any ideas ......apart from a big hammer ?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this with your Ionic. Since you mentioned that you unpaired your watch from your phone and it's still not working, I would like you to set it up again to your account. If you're unable to pair it, you may want to perform a factory reset and then set it up again.
As a side note, when you get this message on your watch, it's recommended to follow this procedure.

Thank you for your answer, but I cannot do anything with my watch as it just says - Unlock with your phone
Also, I have removed the watch from my app and cannot get to reconnect as it says - Unlock with your phone and I cannot see the code to enter it into the app.
So it is still not working and I am hoping that if I let the battery drain then it may let me in when I recharge but I am not 100%
