My ionic screen was dead, awoke with a black screen. Did the restart by holding the three buttons and releasing the bottom right button as instructed & it reset itself but then I was missing letters, could not set an alarm either. I fully charged it but no change. In further reading of posting I see it recommended doing a factory reset & so I have done that & now all I have is the fitbit logo showing. Can't do anything. Very frustrated & disappointed! Please help!!
