my fit bit ionic is showing the wrong date and time.it is showing 3-30am July 28th and it is 11-15 am July 29th

I would like you to try these steps to change your timezone. If your Ionic isn't syncing, this won't show you the correct time and date too, if you're experiencing this then try this syncing troubleshooting.
