Ionic showing two orange bars on the display

I've noticed orange bars show up on the sides of my fitbits screen. I've never really had the brightness up higher than halfway. I don't know. anyone have any ideas?

I have tried restarting it several times. even a hard reset

Was there any resloution to this ?  My screen looks exactly the same (i.e. Solid orange bars down both sides).

Yes, I restarted my Ionic, as per the link you sent.  No change though.  I still have orange bars down both sides, and a very thin orange line across the top of my display.

I'm  guessing whatever the solution is,  it can't be that easy. My versa lite is doing the same thing. I've tried the hard reset too.
