Ionic showing unlock with you phone

I tried installing my ionic with a Samsung phone and mistakenly locked it to the phone which is not mine, now the ionic is not fully installed but why trying to connect it to my iPhone it keeps telling me unlock with your phone. What can o do to install my ionic with my phone without password.

try a hard reset by holding down the left button along with the bottom right button until the screen shuts off and the logo reappears where u let go of buttons

I have done the hard reset severally and it keeps coming back with unlock with your phone.
