Hi @daks7523
Have you done a Factory Reset by pressing all 3 buttons at the same time?

I have the same problem as @daks75w23 On my iconic the fitbit symbol appears, but I cannot move past it. I have tried the 3 button reset several times. The watch was fully charged each time, then I allowed it to go completely flat, then recharged it again. Still, I have not been able to sync update to my iconic - I cannot get past the screen with the logo Very frustrating.

@Bmyhrr I am sorry that you are going through the same situation, I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend trying the following:
1. Confirm the steps to restart your Fitbit Ionic: How do I restart my Fitbit device? After the restart, please plug it in to your computer and make sure that it's properly plugged in and charging.
2. Get your Fitbit app and log out from your account.
3. Force quit the app and reboot your phone.
4. Turn on your phone and relaunch the app.
5. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
6. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
7. Please turn off everything that is Bluetooth enabled. Tablets, PC, other phones, wireless headphones.
8. Log back in and attempt to setup your Ionic as a replacement device: Tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Choose your Fitbit and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
Hope this helps!
