Last night, at 9:31, my Fitbit Ionic turned off and started to reset. The logo pops up but it doesn’t come on. Logo appears, it shuts off, repeat until dead. Factory reset has not worked, it just continues the cycle. Only other screen I see is when it runs out of battery, the 0 battery pops up, nothing else.
Any advice?
