Ionic shows Fitbit logo and turns off

Last night, at 9:31, my Fitbit Ionic turned off and started to reset. The logo pops up but it doesn’t come on. Logo appears, it shuts off, repeat until dead. Factory reset has not worked, it just continues the cycle. Only other screen I see is when it runs out of battery, the 0 battery pops up, nothing else. 

Any advice?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions including a restart in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Please also make sure your watch is paired to your Fitbit account:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
