Ionic - shows a different gender on watch

I am a Male and it shows Male in the app and on the website. Whereas on the watch when I check cardio, it shows it as 'for women of your age' and displays standards pertaining to women. How to change this, please? Can anyone help? Thanks and regards. Shan Kumar
