Ionic shows a triangle with an exclamation mark

Bought the ionic in December 2020 for my son. It has been nothing but a waste of time and money. 

Won’t charge, won’t reset and won’t turn on and every now and again it comes up with a magenta triangle with exclamation mark before going black again and unresponsive. It has been on charge for 4 days this time!! Fitbit not impressed!!! How do we get our money back?

@CLW40 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the triangle icon and screen issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Before checking out the warranty status of your Fitbit device, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
