Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Went swimming in home pool the other day and after coming out noticed my watch had gone blank and started vibrating constantly. Dried it out and tried charging but nothing showing. Sometimes get a white screen. Checked and cleaned the contacts, to no avail. I've tried the reset, but nothing shows on my screen and I don't get the vibration that should happen when trying to reset. Watch is only 4 months old. Brought it new from Amazon. Please help

@Fifieldbl,

Contact support, as it's under warranty. Has to be replaced.

When you get the replacement - DO NOT SWIM WITH IT! I'd even suggest not showering with it.

Various posts of other users with dead - post a swim devices. I've written in numerous posts about the WR50 certification that is clearly inadequate for these devices to be used in water.

You're lucky - yours is still under warranty. Many arn't, and have left owners with dead in the water devices. (pun intended)
