Ionic shows incorrect time and won't sync

Time incorrect by over an hour. Won't sync. Fed up!

Hi @Ofjimbo1, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. Time on your watch should be corrected when you sync it. I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

  1. Make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
  2. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  3. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
