If you try to navigate to the apps, there's no text/description being displayed.
Checking the settings in my watch and it's blank. This is frustrating!

Hi @AngelaBernice, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the missing text issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced.
I'd like you to restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, set up your Ionic from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
