Ionic shows "Data not cleared, sync and try again."

My ionic just started flashing the Fitbit logo. Noticed on the app it wasn't syncing, actually it had been disconnecting from phone for some days now. I put the watch on the charger for a whole day. It kept flashing, tried a hard reset now it just shows: 'Data not cleared sync and try again' please help anyone with an answer. P.S I can't go beyond the above screen.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Remove your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings. 
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Connect the watch to the charging cable.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your watch, tap on replace and follow the onscreen instructions.
