I have had my Ionic since Oct. 1st and have had no issues until today. It simply shut off and I placed it on the charger and there is no indication that it is charging. No matter what buttons you push nothing happens. The only signs of life is that the green light on back keeps flashing.
I think the battery was low and did the auto shut down at about 2%. That is the only thing I can think of, but then there is the constant green blinking light.

I am having the same problem. But my watch was charged at 72% then all of the sudden the watch just stopped working and it will not power back on. I will try to plug it up to the charger and see what happens tomorrow morning but I'm not feeling very confident right now.

@Mommyhulk Definitely try charging and then restart. To restart, press and hold the left and bottom right buttons for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the logo.

I am having the same issue. It has happened to me more them once. I am very concerned about it. I can't get it to turn back on until I put it on the charger and mine never gets below 60 percent .I charge it every day while I'm in the shower. I don't understand it.

Thank you for the information. It came back on, but the time is incorrect. Do you know how to reset the time?

My Ionic just did the same thing. It had about 45% battery and I plugged it in to charge. The screen when black and now I can’t get it to do anything. I tried pressing the left and bottom right buttons but ... nothing. What’s wrong and how do I get it back???

Same with me and I have already had to do two factory resets in the last month or so.

I've had my Ionic for 1 1/2 years and it has worked fine. A friend of mine told me that his which he bought at the same time as me when Ionic launched died from a power issue over the weekend. This morning mine went from 32% to showing a battery with 0% on the screen and would not begin to charge until I went through several restarts. I also had to delete and reinstall the Ionic in the app to get it to sync.
Leads me to believe that there is an inherent problem with the Ionic power components.
Anyone else had their Ionic since the product launch and are having power issues????

Yes, got mine when they first came out 17 months ago. Died on Sunday, not too happy. I would expect for $300 it would have lasted longer

Yes I have been through 2 in the past 2 months. Cant get neither to turn on after charging them. Crazy thing about it is they were both at 90%

I also have had mine since they were released 1 1/2 years ago. Had one prior problem with charging early on and was sent a new charging cord (which I don't think was the problem, but it worked). Now, I am on day two of dead Ionic - have tried both charging cords, plugged into different outlets and two different computers (as I've read that sometimes when there are charging problems it helps to charge it with a computer vs wall outlet), and also attempted to reset several times with no luck. Thankfully I purchased the 3 year extended warranty through WalMart, so I may just go that route. I've also noticed in the past couple of months that my Ionic only stays charged for about 2 days vs the almost 4 it was holding a charge for before.

Yes, same here. Working fine then at 6:45AM it stopped syncing according to the app. I don't wear it overnight so it was laying on the dresser. Battery had been at >50%.
Fitbit has offered me a 25% reduction on the price. Not enough for me.
I've had multiple problems with syncing emails and texts. Fitbit tells me that my Samsung Note8 is not approved for use so why would I bother getting another Fitbit?
Not a happy camper here!
