My Ionic had been working fine for a couple of months. Now, it just shuts down, nothing I can do. I have to wait three-four days until the battery is fully drained, then I can recharge again, and it works shortly, but shuts down again.
Very embarrassing, worse than having no fitness watch. Starting to hate this device.... and the company: the support was not helpful at all. Just the tips to restart, reset and so on, but nothing works. Tried to contact them for exchange or repair or just for an address where to send this faulty device to, but no reply.
Thinking to destroy this device with a sledgehammer on the market square of my city, with explanations given, and inviting the press. Maybe that will help.
