My ionic is set to normal sensitivity yet it doesn’t normally commence recording my sleep until 2 or 3 hours after I know I have been asleep. Only one exception in about five nights. How can I make this work properly? Thanks

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I moved your post to the Ionic Board as there are more chances to receive an answer to your inquiry here.
First thing I'd do is performing a restart on your Ionic. This should help out with its accuracy. It should work properly after doing this. You should get sleep stages as well.
Alternatively, you can try other options to track sleep, like using the Sleep Tile in the app to track it and see what data will it give.
For the wrong sleep logs, please edit them for them to show correctly.
Try this out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
