Ionic sleep total is inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Went to bed at 10 pm. Woke at 6 am..... 8 hours in bed. FITBIT started tracking my sleep at 8:13 pm. The extra sleep was tracked as deep sleep (while I was still awake). How could that happen?

With an awake time of 48 minutes. I received an impossible Time Asleep of 9 hours. Sleep score 87.

@Intruder145 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the wrong sleep data that your Fitbit Ionic provided.

Please restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data.

Finally, monitor your Fitbit Ionic and see if it provides accurate sleep data.

Hope this helps.
