Ever since the firmware update, certain functions on my Ionic have been very slow. The worst seems to be swiping back from the first app screen to the clock screen. I swipe and it takes several seconds for the screen to change. It also might take several seconds for an app to open after I tap on it. I know the tap worked, as the screen goes black before the app opens.
Also, the options for the new clock faces don't update to the watch.
I did a factory reset and set everything up again hoping to correct these problems, but no luck.

Awesome troubleshooting
Since having done everything possible, when desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

@SunsetRunner You're totally right. But their phone support exhausts me. They don't know the products and they don't know how to troubleshoot and they will never admit to a bug. Literally, I've called them up and told them that my fitbit doesn't count all my steps on the treadmill. They start with telling me that I'm holding onto the handrails. When I tell them I'm not holding onto the handrails, they move onto the next thing in their list. When all of those turn out not to be the problem, they go back to telling me I'm holding onto the handrails.
Recently, there was a bug in the Ionic weather app where it stopped updating. After they fixed it, they tried to trick me into downloading the version of the phone app with the fix, rather than admitting there was a bug. They only admitted to the bug after I refused to uninstall and reinstall the app because I'd already done it more than once.
Sorry for the rant!

Possible worth trying to recontact them by email or live chat (when the option is displayed on the contact page). Depends on country..
