Ionic slowing to a crawl

I just finally synced some music to my Ionic (audio quality is horrible), and since then not only did my watch face reset to its default setting but every screen is slow loading and button presses are slow to respond.  The annoying part is going into the settings for my watch face still has my configuration saved.   I am using a non-Fitbit watch face, mostly because almost none Fitbit watch faces offer seconds.

It sounds like it's the watch face. Does the problem persist if you switch to another clock face?

I found some of the watchfaces to make the Ionic very laggy, auto screen wake and swiping was horrible.

I have been using the watch face for almost 24 hours now with no speed issues around the watch face until I tried uploading music.  I resolved it by forcing a restart of the watch (holding the left and bottom right button).  I forced a sync and the watch face configuration is over.  Hopefully it doesnt happen again. Time will tell especially when I try to sync more music.
