I just received my ionic less than a week for Christmas. I flew back from traveling and once I got back, tried syncing the time change and ever since, it refuses to connect. I restarted everything, Bluetooth, phone, the watch. I uninstalled it and tried installing it and it would work for a little bit and now it won't connect again. I am currently trying to set the watch back to factory settings and now it is just turning on and off and can't do anything with it. Any help?
Best AnswerI had mine 4 week then after the update it stopped syncing. Done everything like unpairing, reinstalling, factory reset etc and nothings worked. Im sending mine back for a refund becsuse I've ran out of patience with it. Just looking at alternatives noe
