I just received my ionic less than a week for Christmas. I flew back from traveling and once I got back, tried syncing the time change and ever since, it refuses to connect. I restarted everything, Bluetooth, phone, the watch. I uninstalled it and tried installing it and it would work for a little bit and now it won't connect again. I am currently trying to set the watch back to factory settings and now it is just turning on and off and can't do anything with it. Any help?

I had mine 4 week then after the update it stopped syncing. Done everything like unpairing, reinstalling, factory reset etc and nothings worked. Im sending mine back for a refund becsuse I've ran out of patience with it. Just looking at alternatives noe
