Ionic stays on all the time

Suddenly it happen after my ionic shutdown due to running out of battery. Then after, charge and turn on, my ionic keep on , even during sleep mode . No display but there is light. And the battery runs out very fast. Please help me to configure this issue.

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Do you mind to confirm if you see something different on the screen? When you mention that there is light, are you referring to the green light on the back part of your Ionic? In the meantime, please try a restart on your device: 

 

Press and hold the back and bottom buttons, for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

The light is not from the back part. It is from the screen itself.  Looks like its blinking. 

 

I have tried several times restart the device. But it still blinking.

I appreciate the additional details shared, since the inconvenience has persisted, I suggest trying a factory reset on your device:

 

  1. Important: Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost.  
  2. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  3. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  4. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  5. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays fitbit.com/global/us/setup
  6. When the device successfully resets, please set up your Ionic as new device. See How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi cindy, i have try multiple times, but its was not working.

And now, the right bottom button was not working too. How should i do? Im not affordable to buy new one. Really hope, its can be fix. Tq
