Ionic step increases all the time, even I take it off.

My ionic starts increase the steps automatically. And the battery drains very fast.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work

ok. If you don't get any other suggestions here then you could try customer support via: contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
