Hi, I can’t seem to get my Fitbit App to show my steps.  The steps appear on my device I’m wearing but not on the App.  It used to work but now it doesn’t !? Any ideas please? I’ve tried resyncing & switching on/off.

@Car1965 Welcome to the Community. 

 

Make sure that your Ionic is setup on your account. Usually when you remove devices then steps stop showing on your account. Feel free to follow these instructions to setup your device.
