Ionic still an hour ahead

After daylight savings change, my watch is still an hour ahead.  It synchs with the phone (the phone app is getting all of the data from the watch), but the time on the watch is still wrong.  I've turned the phone off and on and synched multiple times.  Any suggestions/

HI, @eitheroar, I would suggest going to your app and on the account screen scroll down to Advanced Settings.  There you will find Time Zone.  Turn off Set Automatically, and on the next screen choose any WRONG timezone.

Next, sync your Ionic.  (Make sure it really does sync)

Once it has synced, return to the time zone settings and this time, choose the correct timezone and sync your Ionic one more time.  Hopefully that will force the clock to update to the correct time.  After that you can turn Set Automatically back on again.

I hope this works for you.  Welcome to the forums!
