HI I have a second hand fitbit and every now and then I get at notification on the fitbit -usually an appointment/to do list or an aspirational goal- a couple of times it has even wrung with the the indicating an incoming call from 'home'.
These are not my apts and I don't know who XXXX is and why I need to pick her up from School- how do I stop this?- I assume it is still synced to the previous owner ,we work the same building- (I live in NZ so we are back at work and life is normal)- it only happens in this location.
do i have to have a convo with said previous owner or is this something I can rectify myself?
thanks in advance
sorry if the answer is simple- I'm not yet fluent in the functions of the watch

Hi @vjphomejames - It sounds like the previous owner never removed the Ionic from her Fitbit app and - MOST IMPORTANTLY - from her phone’s Bluetooth. Ask the person to do this and you should be all set. Once, when I gifted a Fitbit device to my daughter, she started getting my Bluetooth notifications. I had not disabled the Bluetooth connection. Please let us know if this solves the issue ... or is that person needs instructions.
