The faulty ionic is causing so many problems to different users. As we can read throughout the forum, there are a lot is users with ionic suddenly dying and Fitbit will not acknowledge that it is a faulty design. So, all different users (like me) will end up with a very expensive paperweight.
Is Fitbit planning to find out a solution? Or will keep ignoring this major design problem?

My Ionic just died too. No indication as to why. I’ve tried all the reset suggestions and nothing works. It’s not a charging issue as it was at at least 60%. Very expensive for something that can’t be repaired or replaced without spending more money. I’m very disappointed and will likely never buy a Fitbit again. Shame on you Fitbit. You’ve lost another loyal customer.

It seems a lucrative business idea would be to learn the repairs for their products and offer them to the public. I'm going to try and fix mine. It's a brick, so it's not like I can break it. I will NEVER ever buy another Fitbit product and I plan on screaming their inadequacies every single chance I get. I hope to at least to steer some away from a faulty product without options to fix.

I just realized while looking at previous Amazon purchases that my Aria scale that turned into a brick was also a Fitbit product. That's THREE items that bricked from Fitbit after minimal use. That is downright crazy. I wonder how much $$$ they make from people having to buy them again. I bet it's a huge chunk of the money they bring in.
