My Fitbit Ionic was purchased in the UK in January and says it includes a 2 year warranty.
Yesterday the battery ran down to 0% for the first time. I plugged it in to charge and it never charged. I tried it on the wall, on my pc, tried to press all the different buttons and every single option I have seen on here.
I went to Target (I am in the USA right now) and paid $20 for a new, official cable to see if this was the issue. Still will not charge. I have cleaned the connector, tried everything. The screen is always blank, it does not even say 0% charged.
What do I do? I can't even find a way to claim under the 2 year warranty.
