Ionic stopped charging

Suddenly stopped charging! 

no flashing light - wont restart - cleaned both charging receiving ends with tooth brush - put on charger for 30 minutes (continues) - used multiple USB ports - NOTHING IS HAPPENING !!! 

WHAT DO I DO?

From my last two replaced Ionic, I have learnt that after trying everything recommended, as you have done, have a chat with Fitbit help and they will replace item if still under warranty.

You are not alone.

I have had the same problem. I have cleaned the contacts with IPA (isopropyl alcohol). Used different cables, different sockets, so I KNOW it is the watch.

My wife bought this as a present for me in April last year and it has only lasted 16 months. This is my third fitbit in six years and now I am wondering do I want to pay £200 for a replacement which barely gets past a year?

I have tried e-mailing but that facility is not available. I need to be convinced that I should remain a Fitbit customer.
